Meet The Chef
Michael Kitchen.
Born in Massachusetts, raised in Lincoln, New Hampshire — the White Mountains have been home for as long as I can remember.
I spent over 20 years out in Colorado, where I built Moontime Crepes from the ground up and ran it for 8 years. But New Hampshire has always been my roots. When it was time to come back, I brought all that experience home with a fresh twist — Kitchen's Crepes.
When I'm not flipping crepes, you'll probably find me deep in the music scene chasing the best jam bands around. That same energy — creative, spontaneous, all-in — is what I bring to every crepe I make.

New Hampshire Roots
